These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Duzi mobile application ("Duzi", "the app", "we", "our"). By downloading or using Duzi, you agree to these Terms.
Duzi is a restaurant alternative finder. When a restaurant you want to visit is busy, Duzi suggests similar, nearby alternatives. The app requires access to your location to provide relevant results.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Duzi. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use Duzi only for its intended purpose: finding restaurant alternatives. You may not:
Duzi provides restaurant suggestions based on publicly available data including cuisine type, location, price level, and ratings. We do our best to keep this information accurate, but:
Duzi is a suggestion tool, not a reservation or guarantee service.
Duzi requires location access to function. If you deny location permissions, the app will not be able to provide restaurant recommendations. You can manage location permissions in your device's Settings at any time.
Duzi and its content, features, and design are owned by Quiet Cues and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Duzi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Cues shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Duzi. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Duzi at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
